A Short Lesson in Latin

Your footsteps wander, | and that’s Latin for “hello”.
My thoughts have pondered | words you’ll never know.

  1. Hurrah! It's Batman! :P LOL

    ANYWAY,
Looks like your Latin is paying off...I think. Not knowing much about it, I don't know if it really IS Latin for "hello." In fact, what is the deep meaning here, chappy? :P LOL Great rhyming, chap!

    1. Dalu,
LOL, maybe it payed off, but it certainly didn't help this poem. :P Your right: it isn't Latin for "hello" at all. XD And, there is no deep meaning, either; it's just meant to be random. :D Plus, the second line explains how I can say something that isn't really Latin but tell you it is: the narrator is telling whoever that he's "learned" Latin and since they won't ever learn Latin, they just have to take his word for it, if that makes any sense at all. :D
      Thanks!
